1. Initial Contact

3. Discovery of Goals, Needs + Budget

4. Scope Definition
We begin organizing the real scope of work in a clear and realistic way. That means identifying what is included, what may be optional, and what needs more discussion before pricing and scheduling.
5. Design and Material Selections
This is where the visual and practical details begin to come together. Layout ideas, finishes, fixtures, materials, and other key choices are discussed so the project can move toward an accurate estimate.
6. Detailed Estimating
We prepare a thoughtful estimate based on the agreed scope and known project details. Our goal is to create clarity, not vague guesswork, so you can understand what the project really involves.
7. Proposal Review and Adjustments
We review the estimate with you and talk through any questions or possible revisions. This is the stage where we fine-tune details, priorities, and options before moving into a formal agreement.

This is where the work gets done, but it also involves ongoing management behind the scenes. We coordinate labor, materials, trades, scheduling, communication, and jobsite quality from start to finish.
10. Final Walkthrough, Punch List and Completion
At the end, we walk the project with you and address any final touch-ups or loose ends. We want the last stage to feel organized, complete, and worthy of the investment you made.
