To start, reach out with a call or email, and let’s see if our service fits your needs. From there we will schedule a visit to your home and see if it looks within our scope. Then we will show up and start to get to know your home and all its parts and quirks. Depending on the size and complexity of your home the first visit takes approximately half a day to a full day, so we can go through our checklist, service your home and build a comprehensive, tailored checklist of your home and store supplies so that every quarterly, bi-annually, or yearly, we can show up and make sure you are in the clear until the next check-up. We can also make recommendations and referrals to our network of licensed experts in case there is a problem beyond our service waiting to happen.
